    Name: Stride, Ride, Glide Triathlon
    Date: March 4, 2018
    Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST
    Event Description:
Get the most out of these amazing trails as you run, bike, and ski them during resurrection of the Stride, Ride, Glide Tri! Similar to the Pole, Pedal, Pant of years past, the Stride, Ride Glide will be a 5kish run on a flat snow covered dirt road, a 10kish bike on a very scenic snow covered dirt road with a few hills thrown in, and a 10kish ski on a mix of wide, flat as a pancake trail and hilly as heck trail!

All proceeds will go towards new, more effecient grooming equipment for the trails.

You can do this event as an individual or a team!

Long sleeved tech shirt to all registered by February 24th.

Super early bird registration until May 31st: $40 individual, $60 per team. (This is also high school and college registration price, email runnski@gmail.com to register)

Early Bird Registration June 1st until November 30th $50 individual, $75 team

    Registration December 1st until February 23rd $60 individual , $90 team

Late Registration February 24th to race day: $75 individual, $125 team

Route will be out of the "yellow" trail, the run will go left out of the lot, down to the gate and back and it is flat. The bike portion will go straight out of the lot, down the road past the yellow trail start, along the bay to the gate and back. Fat bikes are really not necessary! In the old days when we had this and the Pole, Pedal, Pant Fat bikes were not an option! We all used our mountain bikes with lower tire pressure, some of the more talented used skinny tires too! I personally think a fat bike will be slower! The ski will be out the yellow, which will adjoin to the yellow and back. Ski will be groomed for skate, no tracks.

Sign up early, this will fill!

Early packet pick up will be from 4 to 5 on Saturday March 3rd at Tortoise and Hare Footwear in West Duluth. Packets may be picked up event morning also, but no race day registration.

Sorry but there will be no headphones, dogs or spectators allowed on the course during the event at any time. Once participants have finished their race we also ask that they either use the road heading away from the event to cool down.

Anyone who is interested in volunteering please contact runnski@gmail.com as early as possible. All positions will be outside, there will be no indoor facilities. You will get the same tech shirt as participants and an invite to the after fun at Thirsty Pagan!

IN THE EVENT THAT WE HAVE A LOW SNOW YEAR, THIS WILL BE A RUN/BIKE/RUN!!
