The Shack Dinner Theatre presents The Great American Trailer Park Musical

The Great American Trailer Park Musical, joyful and unashamedly vulgar, has been called South Park meets Desperate Housewives, and Jerry Springerset to music by theater critics around the country. This rollicking musical is set in Armadillo Acres, one of Florida's most exclusive trailer parks.

When a wild stripper named Pippi moves in, on the run from a permanent-marker-sniffing ex-boyfriend named Duke, she gets sympathy from the park's ruling clique of Betty, Linoleum and Pickles...until she comes between the QVC-loving agoraphobic Jeanne and her tollbooth collector husband Norbert. 

The cast of Trailer Park is made up of local theater veterans Tammy Ostrander, Sharon Dixon Obst, Sarah Larson, Elizabeth Nelson, Jerry Bacon, and Luke Moravec.  Theatre newcomer Bridget Ideker rounds out the talented and versatile cast.

The show opens a three week run in The Shack Show Room on Thursday, September 17th, with shows on Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday matinees through October 4th.
