    Press Release and Community Calendar History Theatre presents Little Women March 21-30 The Douglas County Historical Society's History Theatre presents ''Little Women.'' Based on Louisa May Alcott's 1868 novel, the play tells the story of four sisters growing up during America's Civil War. This year's selection of the theatre's ''Winter Classics'' will kick off with a VIP preview night (great photo op night) and reception with costumed actors on March 20th beginning at 6:30 pm with a show at 7:30. Regular performances are March 21, 22, 28, 29 at 7:30 pm and March 23 and 30th at 2:00 pm.
