UW-Superior Alumni Golf Outing

Nemadji Golf Course, 5 North 58^th St, Superior WI

Shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.

5 person teams – 18 hole – scramble format

Entry Fee*:   $75 per person

                     $50 per person (with current Nemadji Season Pass)

*Includes green fees, two carts per team, team awards, proximity prizes, gift and dinner.

 Dinner will be served at Nemadji Golf Course following the tournament.

Provide team name, names and email addresses for your five golfers; also please indicate if they are a Nemadji season pass holder.
