Wild Game Cooking Class

Instructor Doug Vana will cover preparing, cooking & serving various types of wild game, wild rice, smoking meat, sausage making and preserving wild game.

Cost of the class is $20 ($10 for seniors 62 and older) plus a $10 supply fee payable to instructor day of class.

**Those participating in class are welcome to invite one guest to join us at 5:00p.m. to sample the foods cooked throughout the day.

**A chuckwagon breakfast will be served from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m.
