In an effort to get more people ‘hooked’ on outdoor recreation in Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is offering the first winter FREE fishing weekend on January 19 – 20, 2013.
Wisconsin residents and non-residents alike will not need a Wisconsin fishing license or trout stamp to fish inland waters or on the Wisconsin side of the Great Lakes and Mississippi River. All other regular Wisconsin fishing regulations apply.
