Join the YMCA at the Millennium Trail for their Annual Fall Frolic. All proceeds benefit YMCA Community Wellness.
12:00 pm - 1-mile run/walk (for youth & those unable to complete 3 miles)
12:30 pm - 5k
Both events are self-timed.
Registration Fees - All fees include Water Bottle & Long-Sleeve Shirt

July 1-31 - 1-Mile $12, 5k $25
August 1-31 - 1-Mile $14, 5k $30
September 1-8 - !-Mile $16, 5k $35
Race Day - 1-Mile $18, 5k $40
Teams (Up to 4 people) $2/person discount, either event. Must register in person at the Superior YMCA. Discount not available if registering online.
