Calhoun Companies Congratulates the new owners of Sunset Bar & Grill

Congratulations to Erik  & Jessica Lietz of Lietz Properties on their recent purchase of the Sunset Bar & Grill. Plans for the future include a renovation and then to reopen as a full-service restaurant. The Lietz’s see much potential for growth in Rice Lake and have plans to parcel off a portion of the 26-acre property for future commercial development. Now with full city utilities being installed, they hope to attract some larger retail developers to the area.  Tentative plans would see a spring 2020 grand opening for the restaurant bar.
