Daniel Berg accepts new position as VP – Commercial Banker at National Bank of Commerce
National Bank of Commerce (NBC), has further expanded its commercial banking team by repositioning Daniel Berg to VP – Commercial Banker.
Dan was born and raised in southern Minnesota in the town of New Ulm. He furthered his education by attending Minnesota State – Mankato where he majored in business – institutional finance with a minor in business administration. Dan has an extensive background in banking with over eleven years in the industry. He is greatly invested in the civic involvement of our region. He is the treasurer for the Hermantown Amateur Hockey Association and is also a member of both the leadership council for FUSE Duluth and Leadership Duluth Class of 2020.
Dan is currently working out of NBC’s downtown Duluth branch but will soon be transitioning to the Duluth location. Here he will build relationships with commercial customers to help our local businesses and communities prosper. Dan expressed, “I am extremely thankful for this opportunity to continue to grow my career with National Bank of Commerce. I also look forward to the opportunity to serve and provide financial solutions for the business community in the Twin Ports region. I am part of a fantastic team at NBC and am excited to make more possible.”
