    PSST…are you Smart Salting Certified?

Northland property managers, business owners and community leaders, now’s your chance! We’re bringing this popular winter maintenance course to a northern MN/WI audience. This is a free, 4-hour online class, and registration is now open – reserve your spot today.

Collectively, we spread a lot of salt in the winter. What if we didn't have to?

If you manage winter maintenance of properties to keep spaces safe and passable for visitors, this (free!) certification training class will help you learn how to plan for less salt and still win winter.

MPCA Smart Salting for Property Management
    September 23rd from 9AM – 1PM.

    ·  Winter salt expenses add up. Salt isn't free, and application costs add up.
    ·  Excess salt pollutes fresh water. Salt can be toxic to aquatic plants and fish.
    ·  It's a free training event, and you will become Smart Salting Certified at the end of it - just in time for the cold weather season ahead!

COURSE SPACE IS LIMITED. RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW AT bit.ly/2V0meIn

This class is being offered to a northern Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin audience by the Regional Stormwater Protection Team, the Minnesota DNR'S Lake Superior Coastal Program, the Lake Superior Reserve, and the North St. Louis Soil and Water Conservation District. The training program is made possible by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Clean Water Land & Legacy Amendment.
