MAC Sport and Marine acquires Wild River Sport and Marine

MAC Sport and Marine of Superior, Wisconsin is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wild
River Sport and Marine in Trego, Wisconsin. This acquisition brings together two companies
which share a common goal of providing high-quality marine and power sports products and
services with exceptional customer service.

MAC Sport and Marine have been providing marine and power sports products and services for
over a decade, while Wild River Sport and Marine also has been providing its products and
services for nearly 20 years.

“We are very excited about this acquisition”, says John Cahill, General Manager of MAC Sport
and Marine. “The two companies share a strong commitment to customer service in providing
high-quality marine and power sports products and services”. According to John, this acquisition
provides an opportunity to leverage the respective capabilities of the two companies from both a
business and operational perspective.

The team at Wild River Sport and Marine are equally excited about this new relationship.
Having been started and run by the Meyer family in Trego, the family owners of Wild River
decided the time was right to sell the company and spend their time on other activities.

The acquisition was effective, August 26, 2019.
