Mayor Paine Delivers 2021 State of the City Address

At 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2021, Mayor Paine delivered the State of the City Address at the Earth Rider/Cedar Lounge event area in Superior, Wisconsin.  You can read a transcript of the speech by clicking here. 

Mayor Paine also presented the Citizen of the Year award posthumous to Larry Quam.  The Key to the City was accepted by Larry's sons.
