Nemadji Golf Course, a KemperSports facility, has been named to Level I Green to a Tee status. Green to a Tee is a proprietary KemperSports initiative that provides best practices and facility support for golf course maintenance practices, habitat management, water conservation, energy use, recycling, and other environmentally responsible practices. Level I is the initial designation in the four-stage Green
to a Tee program.
Vince Dodge, Nemadji Golf Course Superintendent, who brings over 29 years of experience in maintaining golf courses, is a past recipient of the Minnesota Golf Course Superintendents Association Environmental Award and is a certified member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. “We are very pleased to receive this recognition regarding the Green to a Tee program, which is a solid, company-wide initiative that coincides very well with the environmental stewardship that we are trying to encourage at Nemadji Golf Course. Our environmental efforts are ongoing, and we plan on building upon this achievement in the future,” said Vince Dodge, Nemadji Golf Course Superintendent.
