Superior Savings Bank remodels interior to better handle increased customer demand

Visitors entering Superior Savings Bank, at 1130 Tower Avenue, immediately notice a spacious gathering area with plenty of natural lighting and wood finishes, modern teller kiosks and several new offices. The recently completed remodeling project is now open to the public, with safe, social distancing precautions in place.

“We needed to update and modernize our operations/teller area, and it’s now more efficient and convenient for both our customers and staff,” said Superior Savings Bank President Dawn Staples.  “The new space includes a more private new-accounts area as well as teller kiosks, the updated version of a teller counter.”

Customers may do online banking at ss-bank.com or use the drive-thru lanes Monday-Saturday. Two standalone, full-service ATMS, called QwikBanks, allow customers to make cash or check deposits, withdrawals, and do nearly any other traditional teller transaction they’d like – 24 hours a day. The QwikBanks are located at 3909 Tower Avenue and 2732 East Second Street, both in Superior.
