UW-Superior to host virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium
University of Wisconsin-Superior students who have completed research or creative projects will present their work at the virtual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, October 15.
Some of the project topics include “From Cultural Appropriation to Cultural Appreciation in a Globalized World,” “Renewable Energy Investments in the Twin Ports Area: Are Superior and Duluth Prepared for a Sustainable Energy Future?,” “The Influence of COVID-19 on Small Businesses in the Twin Ports,” “Likeness: An Exploration of Gender Dysphoria and Non-Binary Identity in Poetry,” and “The Improvised Concerto Cadenza: Historical Context for Contemporary Performers.”
