Food, softball fun, and fundraising: Bid on baskets, buy a t-shirt, and support the athletes! All proceeds go toward supporting the Bong Center’s mission to honor veterans. Please join us to cheer on Paige, Ari, and their teammates—and help us celebrate this meaningful act of community and remembrance. We are proud and grateful to be the focus of a heartfelt senior project by former Junior Curators here at the Bong Veterans Historical Center, Superior High School softball players Paige Johnson (#10) and Ari Robillard (#3). For their senior year project, our former JR Curators decided to give back to veterans. These thoughtful student/athletes created “Battle for the Bong Center” — a special softball game and fundraiser! Please come out, support the athletes, and our American Legion Honor Guard will present the colors, and each player will walk out with a veteran.
