    Burn before you feast!

    Join us for a festive Turkey Burn and get your sweat on!  We will mix it up with Zumba, Dance Fitness, Line Dancing, STRONG30 + + CIRCL Mobility™— the perfect combo to fire up your metabolism before the feast begins!

    Do you have a child/children aged 5 + that you will bring with you in order to Burn with us? If so, we have a free craft class for them while you sweat out those calories! If you would like to donate, the craft class will be accepting donations for the food shelf. Suggested donation items: Food Donation Suggestions
