Facilities Associate Director

The University of Wisconsin–Superior is seeking a Facilities Associate Director to provide leadership and oversight of campus operations, including custodial services, grounds, recycling, fleet operations, maintenance, and capital projects. This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained while supervising teams, managing priorities, and coordinating with campus partners and external contractors. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in facilities, construction, or related operations, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives, support daily operations, and enhance the overall campus environment.
