Duluth Transit Authority to add free transportation to Ruth House in Superior, WI
The Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) is pleased to announce that it will now offer free rides to the Ruth House warming shelter in Superior, WI. The DTA will provide free service to those requesting to visit the Ruth House on the first and last trips seven days a week on Route 16 between the Duluth Transit Center and Superior WI until further notice. The Ruth House, located at 632 Grand Avenue, offers overnight shelter service when the temperature is 40 degrees or colder. This new service is in addition to the free rides offered to the two Duluth-based warming centers held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, and the CHUM Center.
