Paul Davis names Nick Seefert as General Manager in Twin Ports and surrounding communities in weste
Caleb Brunz, President & CEO of Paul Davis Restoration of the Northland office owner, has named longtime employee Nick Seefert as the company’s general manager. The franchise business serves customers in Twin Ports including Superior, Wis. and Duluth, Minn. with a team of full time, highly trained restoration professionals providing advanced emergency services, restoration, repairs, reconstruction, and contents expertise.
Seefert will be responsible for leading the entire office in providing exceptional customer care with fire, water and mold damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties. He will oversee personnel, accounting, operations, marketing, and business development along with operations, mitigation, contents cleaning, reconstruction project management, plus an emergency services and estimating team, among others.
Seefert has been a member of Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul since 2013 as Restoration Estimator Team Leader with more than 13 years of experience in the restoration and service industries. He has a strong focus to develop his leadership skills with professional training in sales, interviewing, and coaching staff members and is certified from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration. Seefert is also a Level 1 Certified Infrared Thermographer, Lead-Safe Renovator Certified, and is Xactimate proficient.
Additionally,Seefert is active in leadership development and encourages his team with volunteering initiatives to help those in need including a variety of construction and related activities and church functions, among others. He led the efforts for projects with local Habitat for Humanity projects in Minneapolis and fundraising for the annual Paul Davis Restore America Project. He is a member of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and Superior Douglas County Area Chamber of Commerce with plans for involvement in the Northland community to help non-profit organizations.

In the more than nine years since Brunz opened their Paul Davis franchise offices in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Bloomington, Maple Grove, Wayzata, Plymouth, and Woodbury, Minn., they and their staff of 70 team members have received numerous professional, sales, service, civic and business awards while working closely with non-profits that help children and adults with housing and other social service needs. The company also donates time and talent to professional, educational and civic organizations. Brunz has more than 25 years of experience in the construction trades and is a professional motivator, innovator, speaker and coach in franchising and a myriad of industries.
