    Job Description
    Under general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, serves as the assistant for the Human Resources function in the County. Provides administrative and clerical duties of a confidential nature dealing with all aspects of human resource issues in support of the Human Resource Director and County Administrator. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, human resources, management, public or personnel administration, psychology, sociology or closely related field with a concentration in human resources and paid verifiable professional human resources experience. Additional years of experience in human resource responsibilities may be substituted for the degree. Douglas County is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
